It’s an exciting time of year: August! And that means Blaugust . It’s a big month long celebration of blogging.
This blog owes a lot to Blaugust. I’d been writing here before I heard about it, but joining last year is what really kicked things off.
The challenge is nice as a little boost of motivation to blog, but it is also a community, and that is a lasting source of motivation. It’s a great way to meet cool people sharing cool things on cool websites.
This time around I actually know about Blaugust before it’s started. “Plan” is a bit of a strong word, but I do have ideas. I’m going to take a stab at doing 31 posts this year. I have some themes picked out (get ready to hear all about my hobbies). I’ve also set a length limit for myself. Everything you are about to read this month had to fit on one A5 sheet of paper.
