It’s halfway through August already. Somehow I’ve managed to post every day so far. I am certainly starting to feel the grind now. This second half will be harder to keep up, I think. I don’t have anything more like the typewriters where I’ve got a whole week of ideas on one theme.
But I do have more ideas for posts. Those haven’t run out. I’ve got bits of paper all over the place with ideas and drafts scribbled on them. I also have not taken enough advantage of one of the biggest resources available in Blaugust: everyone else’s blogs. I am way behind on reading all the great posts that are coming out.
The challenge in keeping this up isn’t just in coming up with ideas. It’s about endurance and morale. Replying and riffing and chatting . It’s easier to keep your spirits up when it’s not just you hunched over a computer along, but many people all hunched over their computers in conversation with each other.
